  One of a series of films made over a couple of years at the Mullard Radio Astronomy Observatory at Lord’s Bridge, near Cambridge. Shot as time-lapse sequences on a Super 8 film camera, I had originally intended to film the radio telescopes over 24 hours, in effect compressing a day into a few minutes, but the Cambridgeshire weather prevented me from realising this simple plan.
